As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for dynamic, results-driven individuals to join our team and help us shape the future of real estate in El Salvador.Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Property Hunter/Deal Maker to actively source, negotiate, and close high-value real estate deals. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying lucrative investment opportunities, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with high-profile investors and stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential properties for high-value deals, both residential and commercial.
Engage with property owners, investors, and industry professionals to negotiate deals and close transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and local regulations to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to drive growth and expand the company’s portfolio.
Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to improve the property acquisition process.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in real estate sales, property investment, or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
Deep understanding of the local market in El Salvador.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in business development and driving growth in a high-performance environment is a plus.
Salary: $500 - $800 (based on experience)
