We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Labor and Cost Control Coordinator to join our sister company in the United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient labor cost management and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze labor costs to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Collaborate with department managers to optimize staffing levels and schedules, ensuring adequate resources while minimizing costs.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets. Prepare forecasts and variance analyses to identify and address budget discrepancies.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on labor costs, budgets, and variances.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor costs and budgets.
Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with department managers, employees, and other stakeholders. - Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate labor data.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on labor cost control procedures.


Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of cost control or related experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work on-site (in-person).
- Technical Skills:
Proven ability to develop, manage, and analyze departmental budgets.
Expertise in monitoring labor costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing corrective actions.
Strong skills in preparing and presenting labor cost, budget, and variance reports.
