We are looking for an IT Support Level 2



Important:

-English level : Advanced



Scope:

1. Act as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance with desktop and laptop hardware and software, desktop/laptop related network issues, mobile device issues, and other peripherals.

Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms including mobile devices running Apple iOS and Android.

Setup and configure desktops, laptops, hardware, software, printers, cell phones, and peripherals for end users.

4. Guide users with step-by-step instructions on application installation.

5. Document and log incidents, service requests and their resolutions in the internal ticketing system.

6. Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support staff.

7. Assist in creating technical documentation and manuals (KA) for known problems.

8. Imaging and deployment of laptops/desktops/tablets to end users.

9. Asset management (checking stock levels, tracking, receiving, preparing and shipping assets).

10. Coordination of office moves.

11. Dedicated staff to provide specialized support (White Glove) to identified VIPs on site. Specialized support will also include expedited troubleshooting of end-user device issues, proactive support, proactive monitoring and health checks, specific training on new tools for executives, customized onboarding process for executives, etc.

12.Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for workstations in accordance with incident and problem management procedures.

13.Provide support services for common peripheral equipment and mobile equipment.

14.Provide a process for replacement of stolen or damaged devices, including installation of authorized user specific software portfolio and pre-loading of authorized user specific databases.
