Join our dynamic sales team in the US and be part of a fast-growing startup!We are seeking a highly motivated a driven Customer Solution Manager to join the passionate sales team in our sister company of the United States.
As a Customer Solution Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and converting potential customers through effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrating deep knowledge of the company solution and tailoring it to meet customer needs.
-Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
-Providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
-Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B and CSM experience with enterprise clients
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- A strong balance of sales, business, and technical skills
- Positive attitude, customer orientation, empathy, and high energy
- Ability to take initiative and adapt
